Sleeping Pills

Are you traveling overnight via an airplane? Take some sleeping pills with you. For many, sleeping on a noisy and uncomfortable airplane can be difficult. A sleeping pill may be just what you need to go to sleep quickly and make it through your flight without any problems. Never take sleeping pills before your plane is up in the air, there may be a delay or some other unforeseen problem.

If you are traveling to a country with low water quality, don’t forget to pack bottled water. Drinking water in most other countries hasn’t been purified and may cause a range of different illnesses. Bottled water is important even for tooth brushing purposes. Although it may seem inconsequential, you could get sick even from the small amount of water used when you brush your teeth.

Request rooms on higher floors if one is available. As trivial as this may seem, thieves have easier access to your room if it is on the bottom or ground floor. Whenever possible, request a room devoid of sliding doors. Rooms with these are much easier for thieves to break into.
